Taste of Alp Maran Raclette Käse.

We liked the Maran Raclette cheese. It is kind of mild. We would prefer if it was a little sharper.

The 3 lbs didn't last long for the four of us.... Delicious, not greasy and the melted cheese kept all its consistency once ready. Can only recommend and ready to try n other one!
