I am a native New Yorker who has been out of the city for over 30 years. I had given up finding a decent NY style bagel years ago. Your bagels (rye mix) are great. Once they are warmed up in the oven they are good to go. They are soft and chewy on the inside. They are incredibly fresh. Thanks
