My order arrived promptly and was well packaged. I rolled out the flooring and center trim and let them sit for two days before installing. The flooring and trim were easy to cut and the installation was pretty simple. The floor looks very nice, seems to be durable and is easy to vacuum. I am happy with the product. I also got good service from the person I spoke to before ordering. I had some questions about my installation. The representative was helpful and pleasant, answered all my questions and all the answers turned out to be accurate. I would recommend the company and products.
