Hook is very sharp out the package, as sharp as anything else is. The hook being beaked and racked makes for solid hookups when it sticks. When. Everything is a trade off, if you keep the point straight, you get all your hang down hits, but get skin and rip outs on everything else, but with this hook configuration you can forget about ever hooking a hang down bite, won’t ever stick…. . but you get excellent land ratios on fish eating on the swing if you let em turn….

All went smooth, no complaints. Plan to use again.
