I could definitely tell the difference between this product and the avocado oil I buy to deep fry with (Chosen foods). There is more of a pungent scent, and the flavors are immensely more complex! There's a warmth to it along with the slight avocado taste. I very much appreciate that this is traceable as US grown avocados. A while back I switched to high quality olive oils for recipes that featured it prominently (especially pizza dough); I found a brand that was really a revelation, so different from other offerings. With avocado oil, I don't really have any recipes that feature avocado oil (although I did read your suggestions in the FAQ, and I'm curious about the popcorn!). So perhaps you might consider supplying a few full recipes for your avocurious customers.
