Great product! The packaging it came in was first rate! We replaced a dead gas fireplace with this 30 in unit. Easy install. Most importantly, wife loves it! Thank you !!

Shipping was really fast. Product is awesome and fit perfectly in my wall. The screws that come with it are very cheap so I supplied my own. Grip much better and won't strip out or break off like the screws it came with. Other than that the product is great.👍

Frame originally had glass doors but was exactly 36" wide. Flame is very realistic and heater is ample for our den. Love this product because it changed the gaping maw of an unused fireplace into an example of magic and beauty.
