Far better than expected, the shoulder plane assisted my inabilities in getting my tenons perfect. The plane is expertly crafted and a joy to use.

Amazing hand plane

This was my first traditional wooden hand plane and it has completely blown me away! Well made, works better than anything I’ve previously had, and cannot find a fault with it. HNT Gordon will be my goto for hand planes in the future after using this.

A piece of art! Straight from the box it was easy to set up and tune. It it is great in the hand and gives plenty of scope for positioning depending on what you’re seeking to achieve from the cut. A great addition to my growing HNT collection.
