Pretty thin
I used to love getting my guide boxes - great fly selection, killer deal on tools and other gear extras - but the last handful of months the boxes have been pretty thin and I don’t feel like it’s quite the same value anymore. Considered switching boxes but the options to change subscription was a confusing hot mess, so may be cancelling for now.

Horrible customer service
I have tried to cancel my membership for almost a year and for the last 6 months I have been charged for the guide series box and received the entry box

Not what I ordered
Although the box gave me a bunch of great things that I will definitely use, I signed up for the salmon/steelhead box and got dry flies and desiccant powder. It came with streamers as well but I got the same ones in a bass box I ordered. Last year. It would be nice to receive more specific flies and tackle for the species you subscribe to
