Saved me a ton of time and got a great product.
I'm pretty good with video editing, but we returned from Patagonia with 1000 photos and countless videos. We wanted a memory encapsulated in a short. Spivo did it. There are some hurdles to overcome: 1. Spivo uses Dropbox for upload. This is pretty seamless. ...tons of photos...lots of video. Upload everything you think you might want. Take some time with this, because if you want to upload a lot later, Spivo may charge more. This takes a while. 2. You enter a few comments regarding what you want to see as a final product. 3. Then you get a 1st effort back, which is good. It comes as a Vimeo product. 4. Then you comment AND you can add time-stamped comments directly on the video. "Less sky here, straighten this clip, add a photo here, delete this photo, add that one." My only frustration here was that Vimeo makes it appear that you need an account. You don't. Do ALL this as a GUEST...but the instructions from Spivo are not clear. I iterated with the editors a half dozen times and finally got a great product. Very happy.

Unbelievable
Saw a FB ad for video editing and knew it would be something I wanted to get done for a bucket list event I completed. The order and upload process was simple and easy to do. The hardest part was picking the camera shots and video clips to use. Within 3 days of upload a final draft was sent. It was better than I hoped. Had 1 small edit request (probably due to a typo on my part) It was corrected within 12 hours and a final cut for approval was sent. The team at Spivo did an outstanding job documenting this keepsake for me. Highly recommend them and will be using again.
