Dry Roasted Peanut Halves

Just right for me...

I really like peanuts. However, because of dental issues, I find it easier to eat peanuts that are split in half. Fortunately, I discovered that the wonderful people at Nuts to You actually sell peanut halves. The pieces are just the right size for me and, as with their other nuts, roasted to perfection. I just add a little bit of sea salt because I like a little saltiness (Yes, I know I'm picky). These peanuts should also work well for baking.

I buy these for the squirrels and birds and they like them more than the peanuts I buy from the bird feed store. These are the perfect size, no oil or salt.
