I bought the bike for my boyfriend a few weeks ago now and the whole side of the bike crammed into the pedal somehow. We had to get it out because the pedal wouldn't move we were struggling. After we got the side out the chain was scraping on it and it was loud. After the whole situation though and the sound stopped the bike is really nice.
