Great customer service. When you call, a person answers the phone and she was very helpful. I am satisfied with this product. Easy to install. It reduces the sound by little, not a lot, but enough that my head doesn't vibrate and hurt when I ride.

Works to tone down the exhaust on my CRF300L just enough.
