Instructions not clear
I had to call to clarify the instructions. Not clear whether you take 1 cap 3 times a day or 3 caps at once. It was relatively easy to get through to them by phone, which I appreciate. The answer was 3 caps at once.
As to the efficacy of the product, it's too soon to tell. Once I've had blood tests, I'll be able to see whether my anemia has lessened.
