I can't wait to try this compact version of the Slimming World compatible food diary. I already have, and love, the 'spacious' version and I've lost a whole stone in 5 weeks. I'm going to compare the compact version before I splash out on a longer diary. I'm looking forward to having a place to record my steps and other exercise as well as my 5 a day, and also to make meal planning notes. It may be compact but there is whole lot more packed in! Once I've tried both diaries then I will know which one to splash out on to be my companion for the next few months of my weight loss journey. Thank you Fabulous Planning for helping me along xx
