Brilliant for anyone that is overwhelmed. Im autistic so struggle with creating habits, im also a mum and a carer, this planner has really helped my mind get everything in order and break overwhelming things down into easy step by step tasks. It even has helpful suggestions for tasks and goals that you wouldn't have thought of. Really great for anyone that is neurodivergent or just struggling to keep all the plates spinning. A+

A huge enormous big book I wonder why they all called it the Bible the different sections that you can use it for and undated right at any time but I will always write things every day pretty pretty and love the color in pink of course
