10" and 20" Standard 4.5" Diameter Reverse Osmosis Housing Wrench

I ordered filters and a small wrench for the housing. I paid for all of the above, and the wrench was missing from the order.

Disappointed – Wrench Too Loose to Use

When I decided to replace the reverse osmosis under-sink water filter, I first ordered the replacement filters and received them. When I attempted to replace the filters, I realized that I needed a reverse osmosis housing wrench. I then ordered the wrench online and received it as well. However, when I tried to use the wrench, I found that although it is listed as 4.5 inches in diameter, it does not fit properly. The wrench is too loose, and because of this, I am unable to open the filter housing to replace the filters. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this situation and am unsure what to do next. I also checked local stores such as Home Depot and Lowe’s in my city, but I was unable to find the correct wrench. Please advise on how I can resolve this issue.
