The large filter has the WaterMaker name on it, same as the original from Nimbus. The smaller filter is different from Nimbus but once I understood how to connect it, it works fine. Customer service was great! They answered the call quickly and explained that I had to remove the yellow plugs in each end to insert the supply tube. It would be better if there were instructions included in the shipment.

Haven’t even received the whole system yet. Would have been nice if I was given heads up about system coming in two parts instead of me worrying about it, having to email you and then waiting for a reply.
