Completely satisfied with the quality of this vest. I suggest ordering a size up as the fit guide wasn't the most accurate. The only drawback is that it makes it hard to draw my Bowie knife when some kids are trying to have a little fun.

Sawbuck Vest

I ordered my first Sawbuck vest about three weeks ago and it arrived very quickly. However, I only got to wear it a couple of times before one of my adult sons saw it, tried it on, liked it a lot and then reminded me that his birthday was coming up soon. Needless to say, the second Sawbuck vest I ordered for myself just arrived. The vest is made of exceptional quality materials and workmanship and the subtle style is spot on! I’m 6,4” and weigh 210lbs. I ordered the size Large and it fits perfect! I’m so impressed with the fit and quality of the garment that I’m going to order the deer hunters jacket next. Keep in mind when contemplating the purchase any of Outdoor Trading Co. quality garment that their sizes vary from style to style and for a reason. For instance, the size Large Sawbuck vest is a 48” chest, whereas the deer hunter’s jacket size Large is a 51” chest to allow for layering of clothes underneath the jacket. Their customer service is great and they will answer all your questions regarding this difference. Very impressed with this company and their garments!

First time purchaser and I was very satisfied with the quality of the vest. I ordered the large size and it fits perfectly for my 6’ 2” frame. The zippers and pockets are excellent. The vest is perfect for keeping the wind chill off. I look forward to buying their Blue Ranger jacket after having bought the vest.
