EXCELLENT!!!
I braised it - completely covered in broth, diced tomatoes, garlic - low and slow on 300F for almost 6 hours. It was falling-off-the-bone delicious! I also ate the marrow - YUM! Totally worth having the oven on all day in the middle of a Florida summer. :)
