Great customer service

I contacted Seed Barn customer service about my missing package, and they promptly sent a replacement. This time, the package arrived safely in my mailbox. I haven't seeded my yard yet, so I can't comment on the product itself, but the customer service was excellent and responsive throughout the process. I still can't figure out how USPS can mark a package as "Delivered, In/At Mailbox" when the package isn't actually there, but I appreciate Seed Barn's quick resolution of the issue.
