Titan RX

I used this for overseed and also for many bare areas and very thin. I had the yard prepped by machine aerator . So far it is doing very well. The weather has most 60s at night and 70 to 80s daily but some cool days too. We haven't much rain so I have water twice daily for about 3 weeks and watering 1 to 2 times a day depending on hot day over 75. It had done very well in areas of partial sun and in the sun. Overall doing very good. Its slower in the the front with full sun 90% of the day.
