Hair Growth Stack

I love the hair tablets! The multi-vitamin tablets are ok, I just wish the serving size was less than 5 pills. I found out that I need to have a good sized meal when I take the multi-vitamin, not just an apple. I felt a lot better having an actual meal.

The only downside I see so far is the amount of capsules per serving for the multi vitamin. Not a huge deal, but when you're taking multiple supplements per day it adds up fast! Haven't had them long enough to know how effective they are
