Solid Product!
Just went through my first bottle and surely would have to agree that it really does help with muscle soreness. I find myself feeling not as sore as I normally would after hitting the gym hard and getting a good workout in.

Excellent recovery product
My wife and I use Phenix following bike rides, hikes, and even long workdays at home or at our family cabin. I notice less soreness, and seem to have better energy the following day.

Great product
I have only been taking this product for less than a week and I haven’t noticed a whole lot of difference but a little. I will continue to take and hopefully start noticing how my joints feel after an intense workout.
