Good Vitamins, But…
Started using these vitamins because I have a lot of digestive issues and these kinds of supplements that can dissolve in my mouth have higher absorption rate than pills do for me.
Love the vitamins and feel like they work well, but I knocked off a star for only having the option of the mixed flavors. I hate strawberry flavor. The green apple is a little too sweet. Wish I could just order a bag of only the citrus flavor.
Otherwise, they’re great.

Change in packaging?
Arrived in different packaging then show, not all the stick open cleanly. Each flavor was packaged differently.
Sticks by themselves are a little sweet but mixed with water they are delicious and a great way to jumpstart your water intake in the morning.
