Great cookbook!

Made the sweet cream biscuits and brat gravy for Thanksgiving breakfast. Both were absolutely delicious! Looking forward to digging into the cookbook more and trying new recipes. The photography is gorgeous as well. I'd also note that my first cookbook came a bit damaged and the response from the customer service rep was amazing. New cookbook came within a day of me reporting the damage and even threw in a free sausage :) Thanks Olympia Provisions!

Best and Easiest Gift for my Brother

My brother loves to eat and cook. While having him over for dinner is ideal for his birthday it's difficult since he lives in California. So, even easier (and cheaper) was sending him the ever-so cool cookbook, delicious salami and the OP cutting board to go with it. He loved it! And, it got there on time for once since I didn't have to take it down to be packaged and shipped.
