I use these with the Zman Salty Ned ShrimpZ and they are strong enough to handle big Snook and Reds.

One step forward, one step back.

I was having trouble with my ZMan Finesse Shroomz and it's keeper twisting my baits after a few fish so, I looked for another option. I read how these were easier to rig and didn't twist your bait like the wire keeper does with the Finesse Shroomz. The TRD's are a little stubborn to shove onto the keeper on these but, I haven't had a TRD slide down yet. That's the positive. They also have a recessed spot at the shaft of the eye but, I'm not sure what that is for. Now the step back. The Finesse TRD's lay more horizontal with this head I suppose, because of the additional weight of the keeper vs, the thin wire keeper of the Finesse Shroomz. I realize non Elaztech Ned baits don't stand either and, plenty of fish are caught that way but, I thought the TRD would stand vertically with this head too. Oh well. 4 stars.
