My recent purchase was fantastic. The new ties certainly added some brightness to my old stale collection. The promptness in processing my order was great. Communication at every step could not be faulted. With all good reviews there seems to always be a need to point out any small negative issues. Can I suggest you change your courier please. The cake you baked for me whilst processing my order went missing. I presume the courier ate it!

Change of intent!

Bought this to gift our obstetrician who helped me and wife through the childbirth process.
