Good company, but pay attention
The selection is great, and I dig their products. Quality. I'm normally pretty astute at using a website, but had some issue navigating theirs and somehow picked a pre-tied bowtie instead of a self tie. I don't even wear pre-tied so I am still trying to figure out how I even ended up on that part of the site. Anyway, user error but be careful. I tried to return it, but shipping to Australia cost almost as much as the tie, so I'm stuck with it. But their customer service is excellent. Just keep in mind, even with a friendly return policy, it's going to cost you to send something back from the U.S.

Not just any bow tie!
As the title suggests, this is not just any bow tie. This is a bow tie with flowers on it. I know right, crazy. Service was impeccable and packaging top notch.
