I bought this set for my little sister who is expecting her first baby any day now. Throughout her pregnancy she has become hugely aware of any chemical threats to her fetus so I felt delightfully confident in gifting her all these high quality plant potions without combing through the ingredients list for any hidden nasties. Upon receiving all these goodies, I opened every container and smelled every powder and oil and balm and (very briefly) envied the beautiful and sacred journey she is about to embark upon.

This will be my second go-around with this kit. I loved having it for the arrival of my son, almost 5 years ago! I bought it for my friend who delivered her baby two months ago and she loves it too. Now, preparing for another birth, I'm so glad to have this kit ready to go! I'm using the belly balm already and it smells amazing. It soothes those stretchy-itchies and allows me a moment to just exist with my changing body and become a little more familiar.
