Paris Cat Tree

I never received the product. They had contacted me saying they were out of stock and suggested I'd opt for a different one, but the one they suggested wouldn't have suited my cats' needs since they're picky. I emailed them back and asked for a refund which I never got a response for, and was left with no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Atrocious customer service.

Love this item! We previously order the cat tree from Chewy and it is a huge, luxury cat condo in the perfect colors. After a couple years with a couple of very playful/scratchy cats and some sun bleach, it was time to replace all the rope pillars. We realized it would save us time/money to order it from Cat Tree Factory (Chewy discontinued the item). We are so grateful! The cats love this tree. The quality is still amazing. Shipping was quick! Maybe in a few years, we’ll order another one. :)
