Let me start by saying it's very sturdy in general. With that, the package arrived without one side of the ladder at the top for support. I reached out to customer service, who said originally they couldn't reach me at email (yet, that's where they reached me). Second, they stated that they were sending the missing piece. Third, never arrived, and couldn't reach them again.
