I read a review that this is good for general soothing of the area, and they were totally right. I spritz this on every time my ph feels off and it helps immediately. I'm on my second bottle and will definitely order again.

The Mama Mist was spectacular when I had my son. My body healed quickly and effectively from a 2nd degree tear. I had some left over after I healed and I began using it on my babe's bum to help keep everything clean and healthy during diaper changes. This is a reorder, I am SO pleased with the results! Also F&M has spectacular customer service and are so easy to communicate with. Love love love love LOVE!
