Innovative, personalized gamers dream chair

You may have read 2 of my previous reviews. 1 regarding personalized logo and 2 the lighting kit. This review is about the gaming chair I purchased. I was seeking a chair that would hold the weight of my grandson, accommodate his height at the same time it needed to be comfortable because he will be using it several hours per day. I searched for weeks!! I'm not a gamer and not aware of what's a quality product or not. I did my due diligence. I researched, I reached out to gamers and finally when I found Vertagear I felt it was a good company with quality products. I actually spoke with Sal on several occasions before purchasing. Our grandson hasn't seen his gift yet because it's a surprise. I've only posted pictures of the box which shows this review is from a verified purchaser, as well as the model of the chair I purchased. After we gift our grandson I will update my review as well as post additional pictures. A little pricey, and customer service could use some improvement. I sent an email that I'm still waiting to hear back about. But overall pretty satisfied. Can't wait to update.

PL4500 Chair Experience

I really like this chair. It took some getting use to get comfortable as I’ve never had a chair like this. I do enjoy the cushion for your head very soft. The lower cushion could be better as I wish it was adjustable position and stayed in place. This chair overall is a nice to sit for long gaming sessions. I did purchase the RGB KIT Upgrades an they are nice when they work.

Comfy, Functional, Stylish

First off, the chair looks amazing and looks great with my setup. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. I do not recommend getting the auto-locking casters for the wheels, it is so difficult to scoot in and out of my desk. I should have known better and I will be switching them out for regular casters.
