Perfect for Almond Milk!

Easy to assemble, operate, and clean. Produces great almond milk (when the water to almond ratio is accurate)! Doesn't take up much counter space, but finding a place for the extra parts to live was a challenge. "Drying rack" could be better designed. Pulp valve doesn't open all the way...

Amazing Juicer but loud

This is my second Huron H-AA juicer. Had the first I e for 6 years. After replacing the capacitor and rocker switch, I passed if down yo my sister. I bought this refurbished unit thinking I would be getting an equal quality juicer as the unit I previously had. This referb unit is so loud, nothing quiet about it. I’m rather disappointed. For the price I paid I should get the advertised quality.

Great Product, Pathetic Shipping

I ordered a refurbished unit. When it arrived, many of the accessories were missing. Customer Service was great, always getting back to me in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, shipping does what it wants because after being instructed to send me those parts, twice, they refused to send me anything! This after not sending me my initial order until customer service had to track it down a week later!
