Warning for slim players
The gi's arms and legs are the correct length for me, but truly terribly baggy jacket for a slim player. I bought A2, since A1L only runs to 5'10" and I'm 5'11", closer to 6'. Other brands run to 5'11" for A1L but I've been advised by Atama's EU supplier that A2 is indeed their recommended size for me, and to just to wash it several times. However, another customer reviews positively that the gi doesn't shrink much at all. The shrinkage required to make this fit appropriately is way too much to make it a worthwhile addition to your collection if you're on the slim side like me.
NB: The Gi Experts on YouTube offer a 'quick gi review: Atama Classic', and agree that it fits very baggy to begin with and in combination with shrinkage make it very difficult to know your size.
