Well a mostake was made either on my part or theirs….not sure and doesnt matter but the customer service is horrible to get anything accomplished. Love their product though.

Great Nametag!

I love this name tag for my dog, Pearl! It is so cute and the lettering is easy to read. Bonus is that since it’s not metal, it’s virtually silent as she walks, trots, or runs! Love that! Just like any QALO, it’s soft to the touch and durable. Shipping was easy and the customization was great! I would recommend this over any other dog name tag brand.
