Professional Edition Oyster Knife

I’m so excited about my new engraved blade — seeing my business name on it feels surreal. It adds such a beautiful, professional touch to my close‑up shots and makes my oyster‑opening videos for pearl reveals look even better on social media.

I ordered this knife for a coworker, we work at the St. Paul Fish company in Mequon, Wisconsin. we shuck a lot of oysters on The daily. I have had a toad fish oyster knife for years and love it, and thought it would make his job easier. he is very very happy with it!

Had for maybe a month used four nights a weekgoing through five boxes a night at least other than having to reshape the tip on a parking block the blade is strong and the oyster rag is awesome
