This was my first time using sugar wax at home and I can confirm it doesn’t hurt as much as normal wax and when I made a mistake - I just washed it off and started again… LOVE LOVE LOVE

Great product, easy to apply and no mess. Also seems to be kinder on skin that other shop-bought wax brands. Re-usable straps are very handy and reduce unnecessary waste. Will definitely buy again!

Easy to use but messy

I purchased sugar coated since sugar “wax” is the most eco-friendly hair removal option. Really love that the strips are reusable, as well. I would love if the container could be plastic free, though! (Sugar-doh in the states uses glass jars, which I love). On to user experience: It took a bit to get used to using this system, as this particular “wax” is muuuuuuch softer/more runny than the sugaring solutions I’ve used in the past. Make sure you cover the areas and surfaces you’re on very well, since it can get everywhere if you’re not careful. Once I had it mastered, the process became quite quick and painless. I did, however, have to rinse myself off and wash my hands quite a few times throughout, as going back over spots becomes quite ineffective once there’s sugar already there. Will certainly continue to use, but would love plastic free packaging, and an option for thicker/less messy formula in the future.
