Full Body Sugar Wax Hair Removal Kit

Doesn't work and no response to emails

I've tried room temp, heating, cooling, whatever I do, the wax does not work. I pull off the waxing strip and it doesn't bring up any hairs at all. I followed all instructions and used talc beforehand, the wax just doesn't feel very sticky at all in general either compared to other sugar waxes I've used. And I haven't had any response to my emails to try to resolve the issue so poor customer service as well as a bad product in my view.
