Pistachio Cardamom Bars

Pistachio cardamom is a great flavor! These are my husband’s go-to workshop snack and a favorite for us on road trips - as in - “ let’s not bother with lunch - how about a coffee and granola bar? “

I like the softer texture than most granola bars, and the wholesome ingredients, but the best part is that they help refugees gain job skills for becoming productive members of our society. I haven't eaten any of them yet. I will be giving them to friends and family to share the Beautiful Day story.

Great flavor and nut combination. These granola bars are perfect for the trail or just for keeping in the glove compartment for “emergencies“.”
