Hedyotis Salzmannii UNS Tissue Culture

Wonderful culture

The tissue culture was very clean, and densely packed. There was plenty of culture there to spread throughout my aquarium to serve as a nice ground cover. The chunk was super healthy, looking a bright and deep green. The one slight issue I had was with the gel used. It was kind of tough to get off without completely separating the culture into individual plants.

Hard to remove the gel from this delicate plant, but looks great in my aquarium.

I got my Red Phoenix nice and quickly, and it’s in the melting stage right now but seems to be doing well enough in my tank!
