I want to commend Great Bay Home. While I had to return the item I purchased (NO fault of theirs, but my error), I stand extremely impressed by their manner of doing business! I received email correspondence every step of the way and they delivered exactly as promised in the return process. I am going to be looking for something to purchase from this company as they deserve to have business due to their professionalism. Sadly, I have little confidence in most retail outlets these days, surely I wish more businesses like GBH were the rule and not the exception.
