NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

There is nothing literally wrong with this pillow. But only for me and my personal preference, I do not like the outer fabric, and did not realize the "fuzzy" fabric had such long, deep fuzziness. I had another Berkshire neckroll pillow, and it had a smooth outside fabric with soft, short threads and without such fluffiness. The new one makes me uncomfortably hot when I hug it or have it under my neck. My other one wasn't like this, and I liked my previous one much better. I anticipated this pillow would be the same or close to my other one. Again, I'm really disappointed, but this is my personal preference and my misunderstanding about the pillow's attributes, and not a complaint about the product's quality or other aspect.
