Gel Dots

The gel dots do take the pressure off the area that is rubbing but they do not stick to my liner very well. They are hard to position because of this.

Not so good.

Too small a size for me and they didn't stay in place unfortunately

The gel dots were bigger in width than I thought they would be. They are too thick to use under my prosthetic, on the skin of my residual limb.
