I am not an amputee. . . I have lymphedema and have to 'stack' my compression because I haven't found anything that controls swelling in my foot and ankle. . . So, the double compression causes chafing, which puts me at risk for cellulitis. This has really helped. My foot feels so much better at the end of the day - no more burning and very little redness. My only regret is that it is scented, and my nose doesn't like it at all. . .
