Doesn’t fit

I can fit 2-3 regular sized stud earrings in my one lobe hole (done several times by accident), so I didn’t expect to have issues fitting this jewelry through. I tried several times but the chain will not go through even a little bit. Can’t even return due to their return policy. Waste of money
