App is very poor

For a product that is 100% unusable without the app, I hoped that more focus would be put into developing a better app. Yes, I eventually figured out most features, but there are still some bugs that I can't seem to overcome. The web interface also never succeeds when trying to change settings. The app and the underlying control architecture needs a rebuild from scratch.
