I was looking for something like that for a long time for a young adult with complex medical needs. If you need to hide and protect many medical lines (4 in this case) and/or diaper brief, it is perfect. Tummy tubie access is very convenient. Comfortable and soft fabric with a little stretch, crotch snaps hide and hold diaper in place. Prevent showing effectively! Does not interfere with clothing, used primarily as underwear but can also be used as sleepwear. Run a tad small, make sure to measure correctly. In a perfect world would have the option of shoulder opening snaps to accommodate dressing more easily with IV lines.
