I was looking for something like that for a long time for a young adult with complex medical needs. If you need to hide and protect many medical lines (4 in this case) and/or diaper brief, it is perfect. Tummy tubie access is very convenient. Comfortable and soft fabric with a little stretch, crotch snaps hide and hold the diaper in place. Prevent showing effectively! Does not interfere with clothing, used primarily as underwear but can also be used as sleepwear. Run a tad small, make sure to measure correctly. In a perfect world would have the option of shoulder opening snaps to accommodate dressing more easily with IV lines.
