expected better customer service

I haven't unpacked my full size mattress yet. I'm still waiting on the delivery of my bed frame. I do want to say I was not happy with the person I spoke with when I initially called for information about Essentia. I was toldSometime later it became clear that my order did not include set up despite what I was told. The person who took my order contacted me to clear up the issue. He proceeded to say we were talking about a queen size which is absolutely not true. He did not take any responsibility for his error.

Wonderful but too high

As an Essentia sleeper since many years ago I find that the current wonderful mattress is a few inches higher. It would be perfect if it was the same height.

Very happy with my purchase. No complaints.
